HOW TO PREVENT YOUR CAUSING “NOISE” TROUBLE TO NEIGHBORS
近所に騒音迷惑をかけないためにはどうすればいいのか

Please obey the rules of No.1 and 2 listed below. I’m sure you will not get complaints from neighbors like, “NOISY!!! GET OUT OF HERE!!” if you obey these rules whatever happens..
以下の１、２を守ること。これさえ守れば、少なくとも近所の方から「うるさい！ここから出ていけ！」という苦情を受けることはないでしょう。

Change your way of thinking.
Don’t think that you will be forgiven if you apologize.
Don’t think that you will follow your friends because all of them are doing that..
Any failure will not be accepted when it comes to causing noise trouble to neighbors.
1回だけなら、謝れば許してくれるだろう、みんながしているから、自分もしよう、という考えはやめましょう。
近所への騒音迷惑は、1回でもしてはいけません。

However, if you can’t obey the rules, your president will have to go to meet all of your neighbors, landlord, and real-estate office to apologize just for you. This is a BIG SHAME on your president. You should understand it.
ただし、これを守れなければ、あなたが起こした迷惑のために、あなたの社長が、近所や大家さんや不動産屋に謝罪しなければならないという大きな恥を受けてしまうということを理解すること。

Also, if you are forced to go out of the apartment, we have to say, it’s almost impossible to find another apartment.
Because, you also should understand, landlord, and real-estate office, tend not to accept FOREIGHNERS at ease.
アパートを出ていくことになれば、次のアパートは無いものと思うことが賢明です。なぜならば、大家さんや不動産屋は概して、外国人を簡単には受け入れないからです。

１．DON’T MAKE LOUD MUSIC (SOUND) in apartment.
DON’T LET ANYONE MAKE LOUD MUSIC (SOUND) in apartment.
１．アパートで大音量で音楽をかけないこと。かけさせないこと。

“LOUD MUSIC (SOUND)” in your home country’s common sense and that in Japanese common sense are totally different from each other.
あなたの母国の常識の大音量と、日本の常識の大音量とではかなりの差があります。
For example, loud music (sound) in filipino common sense is, in Japanese opinion, “TERRIBLY NOISY”.
たとえば、フィリピンの常識の大音量とは、日本人からすると、とんでもない騒音である。
Loud music (sound) in japanese common sense is, in Filipino opinion, “NOT SO LOUD, NOT SO NOISY”.
日本の常識の「大音量」とは、フィリピン人からすると、それほど大きな音ではありません。

If others are making loud music (sound), YOU ARE THE ONE to give caution, and make sure to STOP them to do it.
あなた以外の人が大音量の音楽をかけているときは、あなたが注意し、やめさせてください。

Immediately call the person in charge of you, if they don’t stop.
注意してもやめないときは、担当者にすぐ電話すること。

2. DON’T SING A SONG IN A LOUD VOICE in apartment.
DON’T LET ANYONE SING A SONG IN A LOUD VOICE
in apartment.
２．アパートで大音量で歌を歌わないこと。歌わせないこと。

If others are singing in a loud voice, YOU ARE THE ONE to give caution to them, and make sure to STOP them to sing.
あなた以外の人が大音量で歌っているときは、あなたが注意し、やめさせてください。

If they don’t stop singing, immediately call the person in charge.
注意してもやめないときは、担当者にすぐ電話すること。

Even if all the other persons, except you, are singing in a loud voice, YOU DON’T SING A SONG with them, whatever happens.
あなた以外の人がみんな歌っていても、あなただけは絶対にしないでください。
